Visit two popular snorkeling spots in Padangbai and enjoy approximately two hours of snorkeling by private traditional boat. Explore the coastal waters, observe marine life, and enjoy a relaxing day with private transportation from your hotel.

The package includes snorkeling equipment for adults and children, lunch with a choice of Indonesian dishes or a chicken sandwich, mineral water, and access to shower facilities with towels, body soap, and shampoo.

For 2–5 guests, the journey includes a private car with an English- or Korean-speaking driver-guide. Groups of 6–12 guests receive a private 14-seat vehicle with a driver and a separate tour guide.

The private vehicle service is available for up to 10 hours. If time permits after snorkeling, guests may request a stop at a supermarket or another nearby destination along the return route. Any additional admission fees and personal expenses are paid by the guests.

Tour flexibility

Extra hours policy

The private vehicle service includes up to 10 hours. Additional hours are subject to availability and must be agreed upon with the driver or tour operator.

Extra-hour charges:
- 6-seat car: IDR 75,000 per car per hour.
- 14-seat vehicle: IDR 150,000 per car per hour.
- 20-seat vehicle and above: IDR 250,000 per car per hour.

The applicable rate depends on the vehicle category used. Additional hours are charged separately from the package price.

Important notes

  • Snorkeling duration is approximately 2 hours in total across Tanjung Jepun and Blue Lagoon.
  • Snorkeling is subject to sea conditions and safety instructions from the operator.
  • Guests must follow the operator's safety requirements throughout the activity.
  • Children's snorkeling equipment is included, but children must be supervised by a responsible adult.
  • Optional stops after snorkeling are possible only if time remains within the 10-hour vehicle service and the stop is along or reasonably near the return route.
  • Additional entrance fees, shopping, and personal expenses are paid by the guests.
  • Pickup time and hotel location must be confirmed before the tour date.
  • Please inform Agung Journey in advance of children's ages and any special requirements.
  • Feeding fish should follow the snorkeling operator's guidelines and local environmental rules.

Booking & Confirmation

Advance booking is recommended. All bookings are subject to availability confirmation for the private vehicle, snorkeling boat, and activity.

Please provide the tour date, hotel name and location, total number of guests, children's ages if applicable, and preferred language for the driver-guide.

Your booking will be confirmed after availability has been checked and Agung Journey has issued written confirmation.

Payment Policy

A 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings made at least 7 days before the service date. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date.

Bookings made less than 7 days before the service date require full payment at the time of booking confirmation.

Cancellation & Refund

Tour Packages

General cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions for eligible non-hotel services booked through Agung Journey.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to eligible Tour Packages, Activities, Wellness & Spa services, and Signature Experiences offered by Agung Journey that do not include hotel or villa accommodation or have separate cancellation conditions.

Products subject to specific deposit, cancellation, refund, or rescheduling conditions may be governed by separate terms. Applicable special conditions will be communicated to guests before payment.

This policy should be read together with Agung Journey's Terms & Conditions. The cancellation fee schedule below applies only to bookings covered by this policy and remains subject to any clearly communicated product-specific or supplier conditions. In all cases, cancellation charges, refund eligibility, and any deductions will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and applicable law.

2. Booking Deposit and Payment

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date.

Bookings made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by the Guest

Guests are encouraged to request rescheduling before cancelling a confirmed booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Agung Journey.

If rescheduling is unavailable or is not accepted by the guest, the applicable cancellation conditions will be considered.

4. Cancellation Fee Schedule

The cancellation fee schedule is based on the total confirmed booking price:

- 7 days or more before the service date: 0% cancellation fee.
- 4–6 days before the service date: 30% cancellation fee.
- 1–3 days before the service date, provided at least 24 hours remain before the confirmed service start time: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the confirmed service start time: 100% cancellation fee.

Exactly 24 hours before the confirmed service start time falls under the 50% cancellation fee category.

5. Refund Calculation

Where a refund is due, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid by the guest to determine the refund amount.

Agung Journey will inform the guest of the approved refund amount and process it through the applicable payment method.

Payment processing fees will not automatically be deducted from refunds. Any applicable deductions must be communicated in advance and handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Agung Journey. Any applicable price difference or rescheduling conditions will be communicated before the change is confirmed.

If rescheduling cannot be arranged or is not accepted by the guest, the applicable cancellation conditions will apply.

7. Cancellation by Agung Journey

If Agung Journey is unable to provide a confirmed service, the guest will be informed and offered an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.

8. No-Shows and Unused Services

Failure to attend a confirmed service, late arrival, or choosing not to use a service after it has started may affect refund eligibility in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

If a service cannot be provided because of severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Agung Journey will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling or an appropriate alternative. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the circumstances, confirmed booking conditions, and applicable law.

10. Special Product Conditions

Certain products may have specific deposit, cancellation, refund, or rescheduling conditions. These conditions must be clearly communicated to guests before payment and will apply to the relevant booking to the extent permitted by applicable law.
