Information we collect
Agung Journey collects information needed to answer inquiries, prepare bookings, issue invoices and e-tickets, coordinate services, and support guests. This may include guest name, WhatsApp or contact number, email address, travel date, pickup or stay location, guest count, booking notes, payment status, and document records.
How information is collected
Information may be collected through website inquiry forms, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, email, phone communication, admin booking records, invoices, e-ticket records, review forms, and direct guest communication.
How information is used
Guest information is used to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare quotes or invoices, confirm bookings, issue e-tickets, coordinate pickup and partner services, provide customer support, maintain operational records, and improve Agung Journey services.
Sharing with partners
Agung Journey may share relevant booking details with drivers, guides, activity operators, spa partners, hotels, restaurants, venues, boat operators, payment providers, or other service partners when needed to deliver the confirmed service.
Only the information reasonably needed for that service is shared. For example, a driver may need a guest name, contact number, pickup location, and timing; an activity provider may need guest names, ticket code, date, and guest count.
Payment and document records
Agung Journey records invoice status, payment stage, booking status, e-ticket details, and provider codes for operational clarity. Payment gateway details may be processed by third-party payment providers when online payments are used.
Storage and protection
Agung Journey uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect guest information. Access to booking, invoice, e-ticket, legal, FAQ, and content records is limited to authorized admin users who need the information for operations.
Retention
Booking and communication records may be retained as long as needed for operations, accounting, legal compliance, dispute handling, service history, and customer support. Some records may be kept even after a service is completed.
Guest choices
Guests may ask Agung Journey to correct inaccurate contact or booking information. Guests may also ask about stored information or request deletion where deletion is practical and not restricted by operational, accounting, legal, or dispute-related needs.

The website may link to external services such as WhatsApp, KakaoTalk, Google Maps, Instagram, payment providers, or partner websites. Those services have their own privacy practices and are not controlled by Agung Journey.
