Additional stops are flexible and depend on the available time, route, traffic conditions, and agreement with the driver-guide. Afterward, enjoy a comfortable return transfer to your hotel. The service is limited to 10 hours. Additional hours, if required and available, are subject to Agung Journey's extra hours policy.

Extra hours policy

The package includes private vehicle service for up to 10 hours, including hotel pickup, the visit to Bali Safari & Marine Park, and the return transfer.

If the service exceeds 10 hours, additional charges apply as follows:

- 6-seat car: IDR 75,000 per car per additional hour.
- 14-seat vehicle: IDR 150,000 per vehicle per additional hour.

Additional hours are subject to driver availability and must be agreed upon with the driver or Agung Journey.

To ensure a comfortable journey, we recommend planning your safari activities and any additional stops within the included 10-hour service period.

  • Ticket Selection: Guests must select one ticket package: Jungle Hopper, Dragon, Safari Lion, or Rhino. Each package has different inclusions, so please review the details carefully before booking.

  • Children & Infants: Child ticket prices and eligibility for free admission for infants under 3 years old are subject to the applicable Bali Safari & Marine Park ticket policies.
  • Optional Safari Jeep Tour: The Safari Jeep Tour is not included automatically. It costs IDR 1,000,000 per jeep, with a maximum capacity of 4 guests per jeep, and is subject to availability.
  • Private Transportation: Groups of 1–5 guests are served by a private car with a driver-guide. Groups of 6–12 guests are served by a private 14-seat vehicle with a dedicated driver and tour guide.
  • Service Duration: Private vehicle service is available for up to 10 hours, including pickup, the safari visit, any agreed additional stops, and the return transfer.

Booking & Confirmation

- Advance Booking: Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred tour date, ticket package, and optional Safari Jeep Tour.

- Availability: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Agung Journey and the relevant service providers.

- Booking Details: Guests must provide the tour date, hotel pickup location, number of adults and children, children's ages, selected Bali Safari ticket package, and whether they wish to add the optional Safari Jeep Tour.

- Group Arrangements: Groups of 1–5 guests will be served by a private car with a driver-guide. Groups of 6–12 guests will be served by a private 14-seat vehicle with a dedicated driver and tour guide.

- Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed after the required payment has been received and the service arrangements have been confirmed by Agung Journey.

- Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking made at least 7 days before the service date. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the service date. Bookings made less than 7 days before the service date require full payment at the time of booking.

- E-Ticket: After full payment has been received and the relevant arrangements have been confirmed, guests will receive their applicable e-ticket or booking confirmation documents from Agung Journey.

Payment Policy

- Bookings Made at Least 7 Days Before the Service Date: A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date.

- Bookings Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Service Date: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking.

- Payment Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once the required payment has been received and availability has been confirmed by Agung Journey.

- Payment Methods: Payment must be completed using the payment methods or payment links provided by Agung Journey.

- E-Ticket Issuance: The applicable e-ticket or booking confirmation documents will be provided after full payment has been received and the relevant arrangements have been confirmed.

- Cancellation & Refund: Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests are subject to the applicable cancellation policy and any specific conditions imposed by the relevant service providers. Please review the applicable terms before making payment.

Cancellation & Refund

Tour Packages

General cancellation, rescheduling, and refund conditions for eligible non-hotel services booked through Agung Journey.

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to eligible Tour Packages, Activities, Wellness & Spa services, and Signature Experiences offered by Agung Journey that do not include hotel or villa accommodation or have separate cancellation conditions.

Products subject to specific deposit, cancellation, refund, or rescheduling conditions may be governed by separate terms. Applicable special conditions will be communicated to guests before payment.

This policy should be read together with Agung Journey's Terms & Conditions. The cancellation fee schedule below applies only to bookings covered by this policy and remains subject to any clearly communicated product-specific or supplier conditions. In all cases, cancellation charges, refund eligibility, and any deductions will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and applicable law.

2. Booking Deposit and Payment

A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date.

Bookings made less than 7 days before the scheduled service date require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by the Guest

Guests are encouraged to request rescheduling before cancelling a confirmed booking. Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation by Agung Journey.

If rescheduling is unavailable or is not accepted by the guest, the applicable cancellation conditions will be considered.

4. Cancellation Fee Schedule

The cancellation fee schedule is based on the total confirmed booking price:

- 7 days or more before the service date: 0% cancellation fee.
- 4–6 days before the service date: 30% cancellation fee.
- 1–3 days before the service date, provided at least 24 hours remain before the confirmed service start time: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the confirmed service start time: 100% cancellation fee.

Exactly 24 hours before the confirmed service start time falls under the 50% cancellation fee category.

5. Refund Calculation

Where a refund is due, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid by the guest to determine the refund amount.

Agung Journey will inform the guest of the approved refund amount and process it through the applicable payment method.

Payment processing fees will not automatically be deducted from refunds. Any applicable deductions must be communicated in advance and handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Agung Journey. Any applicable price difference or rescheduling conditions will be communicated before the change is confirmed.

If rescheduling cannot be arranged or is not accepted by the guest, the applicable cancellation conditions will apply.

7. Cancellation by Agung Journey

If Agung Journey is unable to provide a confirmed service, the guest will be informed and offered an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.

8. No-Shows and Unused Services

Failure to attend a confirmed service, late arrival, or choosing not to use a service after it has started may affect refund eligibility in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

If a service cannot be provided because of severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Agung Journey will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling or an appropriate alternative. Any refund will be handled in accordance with the circumstances, confirmed booking conditions, and applicable law.

10. Special Product Conditions

Certain products may have specific deposit, cancellation, refund, or rescheduling conditions. These conditions must be clearly communicated to guests before payment and will apply to the relevant booking to the extent permitted by applicable law.
