Tour flexibility

Extra hours policy

The tour includes up to 10 hours of private vehicle service. Additional hours are subject to availability and must be agreed upon with the driver or Agung Journey in advance.

Additional charges apply according to the vehicle category:

6-seater car: IDR 75,000 per car per additional hour

14-seater vehicle: IDR 150,000 per vehicle per additional hour

Please arrange any extension before the included service time expires. Additional time is not guaranteed without prior agreement.

  • This is a customizable private day tour, not a fixed itinerary.
  • Bali Bird Park is the main included attraction. Other destinations are optional and can be selected according to your preferences.
  • Admission fees for destinations other than Bali Bird Park are not included.
  • The number of destinations you can visit depends on travel distance, traffic conditions, attraction opening hours, and the total 10-hour service period.
  • Vehicle arrangements depend on the number of guests and the selected vehicle capacity.
  • For groups of 6–12 guests, the service includes a driver and a dedicated tour guide.
  • Please inform Agung Journey of your preferred destinations and pickup location when requesting a booking.

Booking & Confirmation

Please provide your preferred travel date, hotel pickup location, number of adults and children, and the destinations you would like to visit.

Agung Journey will check availability and confirm the appropriate vehicle arrangement and tour details before the booking is finalized.

Your itinerary will be arranged according to your preferences, available time, and practical travel distances. Please wait for written confirmation before considering your booking confirmed.

Payment Policy

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date.

For bookings made less than 7 days before the service date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All payments must follow the payment instructions provided by Agung Journey.

Cancellation & Refund

Tour Packages

Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellation, refund, or amendment request will be handled in accordance with Agung Journey's Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies of the respective service providers.

• A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by Agung Journey.
• Cancellation or amendment requests submitted after confirmation are subject to the applicable supplier policies and any services that have already been arranged.
• Deposits or payments used to secure transportation, guides, accommodation, activities, spa treatments, fast boat tickets, or other third-party services may be non-refundable, depending on the supplier's policy.
• Certain promotional rates, limited-time offers, special event tickets, or supplier-designated non-refundable products may not be eligible for cancellation, amendment, or refund. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or if the tour or service is ended early at the guest's request.
• Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after confirmation from the relevant supplier and may be subject to administrative or payment processing fees.
• If a tour or service cannot operate due to severe weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or other force majeure events, Agung Journey will assist in arranging rescheduling or alternative arrangements whenever reasonably possible.
