The therapist will adjust positioning, pressure, and massage techniques according to individual comfort.
Guests should inform the therapist of any discomfort during the treatment so adjustments can be made.

60-minute massage: 10% discount and complimentary hotel pickup & drop-off for guests staying in the Jimbaran area.
90-minute massage: 15% discount, complimentary hotel pickup & drop-off for guests staying in the Jimbaran area, and complimentary airport drop-off after the treatment.

All complimentary transport benefits are subject to The Calma Spa's vehicle and driver availability at the time of booking.

Booking & Confirmation
Booking is subject to availability. To request a booking, guests are required to provide their English name, contactable phone number, email address, preferred date and time, selected treatment and duration, pickup hotel name, and pickup or drop-off requests. Agung Journey will check availability with The Calma Spa Bali Jimbaran and provide the payment and booking confirmation instructions once availability has been confirmed. A booking is considered confirmed after the required payment has been received.
Payment Policy
A 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings for up to 4 guests. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the treatment date.
Bookings made within 7 days of the treatment date require 100% payment at the time of booking, subject to availability.
For group bookings of 5 guests or more, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% balance payable no later than 1 day before the treatment date.
For group bookings of 5 guests or more, the 50% deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed.
After full payment is received, Agung Journey will issue the E-Ticket.
Cancellation & Refund
Wellness & Spa
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling conditions for Wellness & Spa bookings, including applicable deposit requirements and special booking terms.
A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by Agung Journey.
A 30% deposit is generally required to secure a booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the scheduled service date. Bookings made less than 7 days before the service date require full payment at the time of booking, unless different conditions have been communicated for the specific product.
Cancellation Fee Schedule
For Wellness & Spa bookings, unless otherwise specified by applicable supplier terms, cancellation fees are calculated based on the total confirmed booking value as follows:
- 7 days or more before the scheduled service date: 0% cancellation fee.
- 4–6 days before the scheduled service date: 30% cancellation fee.
- 1–3 days before the scheduled service date, provided at least 24 hours remain before the confirmed service start time: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours before the confirmed service start time: 100% cancellation fee.
Exactly 24 hours before the confirmed service start time falls under the 50% cancellation fee category.
Rescheduling
Where reasonably possible, Agung Journey will first explore rescheduling to an alternative date or time. Rescheduling is subject to spa availability, provider confirmation, any applicable price differences or amendment charges, and the guest's agreement.
Special Booking Conditions
Certain spa services, promotional offers, group bookings, transportation arrangements, or provider-designated bookings may have specific deposit, cancellation, refund, or rescheduling conditions. For example, group bookings at The Calma Spa for five or more guests may require a 50% deposit. Applicable special conditions must be clearly communicated before payment.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Guests are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled treatment. Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment or missed appointment, depending on spa availability and provider rules. No-shows, unused treatments, or treatments ended early at the guest's request may affect refund eligibility in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is due, the applicable cancellation fee will be deducted from the amount paid to determine the refund amount. Agung Journey will inform the guest of the approved refund amount and process it through the applicable payment method. Payment processing fees will not automatically be deducted from refunds.
Service Unavailability
If a spa treatment cannot be provided due to provider closure, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, Agung Journey will make reasonable efforts to explore rescheduling or suitable alternatives. If the service cannot be provided, available remedies will be assessed in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.
