  • The treatment is designed for 2 guests and includes a 150-minute romantic spa ritual.
  • Free hotel pickup and drop-off is available within the Jimbaran area for eligible bookings.
  • For 2–4 guests outside the Jimbaran area, an additional IDR 100,000 per car per one-way trip applies.
  • Airport drop-off is available upon request and subject to availability.
  • For groups of 5 guests or more, transportation arrangements and fees are confirmed based on group size, locations, luggage, and itinerary requirements.
  • Advance booking is recommended at least 24 hours before the treatment.
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  • The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the service date.
  • Bookings made less than 7 days before the service date require 100% payment at the time of booking.

Booking & Confirmation

Booking is subject to availability. For a smooth reservation process, guests are recommended to contact Agung Journey at least 24 hours before the requested treatment time.

To request a booking, guests are required to provide their English name, contactable phone number, email address, preferred date and time, selected treatment and duration, pickup hotel name, and pickup or drop-off requests.

Agung Journey will check availability with Avisha Wellness & Spa and provide the payment and booking confirmation instructions once availability has been confirmed. A booking is considered confirmed after the required payment has been received.

Payment Policy

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the treatment date.

Bookings made within 7 days of the treatment date require 100% payment at the time of booking, subject to availability.

After full payment is received, Agung Journey will issue the E-Ticket.

Cancellation & Refund

Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellation, refund, or amendment request will be handled in accordance with Agung Journey's Terms & Conditions and the applicable policies of the respective service providers.

• A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by Agung Journey.
• Cancellation or amendment requests submitted after confirmation are subject to the applicable supplier policies and any services that have already been arranged.
• Deposits or payments used to secure transportation, guides, accommodation, activities, spa treatments, fast boat tickets, or other third-party services may be non-refundable, depending on the supplier's policy.
• Certain promotional rates, limited-time offers, special event tickets, or supplier-designated non-refundable products may not be eligible for cancellation, amendment, or refund. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
• No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or if the tour or service is ended early at the guest's request.
• Where a refund is approved, it will be processed after confirmation from the relevant supplier and may be subject to administrative or payment processing fees.
• If a tour or service cannot operate due to severe weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or other force majeure events, Agung Journey will assist in arranging rescheduling or alternative arrangements whenever reasonably possible.
