In the evening, you may add a Night Safari experience, subject to availability and the operating schedule.

On Day 2, enjoy breakfast before checking out and continuing your journey with a private Bali tour. Choose a Half-Day or Full-Day experience in Central Bali or South Bali, with the itinerary arranged around your interests and the location of your next hotel. At the end of the tour, your private vehicle will drop you at your next hotel, creating a smooth transition to the next part of your Bali holiday.

Booking & Confirmation

Booking is subject to availability of the accommodation and requested tour services. To request a booking, guests are required to provide the requested booking details, including guest names, arrival date, pickup location, and the location of their next hotel. A booking is considered confirmed once availability has been confirmed by Agung Journey and the required deposit or full payment has been received. After full payment is received, Agung Journey will issue the booking confirmation, invoice, and applicable e-ticket or voucher.

Payment Policy

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid by the applicable deadline based on the season of your stay: 19 days before arrival for Regular Season, 26 days before arrival for High Season, and 50 days before arrival for Peak Season. Bookings made after the applicable balance payment deadline require 100% payment at the time of booking, subject to availability.

After full payment is received, Agung Journey will issue the booking confirmation, invoice, and applicable e-ticket or voucher.

Cancellation & Refund

Family Safari Escape – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund terms for the Family Safari Escape package, based on the applicable season and the cancellation conditions of the included services.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Agung Journey. Cancellation and refund eligibility is determined according to the applicable season and the cancellation conditions of the accommodation and other services included in the package.

Regular Season
Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival may be eligible for a refund, subject to the cancellation conditions of the accommodation and other services included in the package. Cancellations made within 14 days before arrival are subject to the applicable cancellation charges of the accommodation and other included services.

High Season
Cancellations made more than 21 days before arrival may be eligible for a refund, subject to the cancellation conditions of the accommodation and other services included in the package. Cancellations made within 21 days before arrival are subject to the applicable cancellation charges of the accommodation and other included services.

Peak Season
Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival may be eligible for a refund, subject to the cancellation conditions of the accommodation and other services included in the package. Cancellations made within 45 days before arrival are subject to the applicable cancellation charges of the accommodation and other included services.

No-show
No-show will be charged at 100% of the booking value.

Refunds
If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, Agung Journey will determine the refundable amount after confirming any applicable cancellation charges from the accommodation and other services included in the package. Refunds will be processed according to the applicable payment and refund procedures.
