Booking & Confirmation
Booking is subject to availability. Guests are recommended to contact Agung Journey before making any payment so that availability and the applicable booking conditions can be confirmed.
To request a booking, guests are required to provide the lead guest’s English name, contactable phone number, email address, preferred travel date, number of guests, hotel or pickup location, and any relevant special requests.
Agung Journey will check availability with the relevant service providers included in the experience and provide the payment and booking confirmation instructions once availability has been confirmed.
A booking is considered confirmed after the required payment has been received.
After full payment is received, Agung Journey will issue the E-Ticket.
Payment Policy
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 70% balance must be paid according to the applicable payment deadline for the experience and the service providers included in the package.
Bookings made after the applicable payment deadline may require 100% payment at the time of booking, subject to availability and the booking conditions of the included services.
The applicable payment deadline and payment requirements will be confirmed by Agung Journey at the time of booking.
After full payment is received, Agung Journey will issue the E-Ticket.
Cancellation & Refund
Signature Experiences
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling requests for confirmed Signature Experiences are handled in accordance with Agung Journey's Terms & Conditions, the confirmed booking conditions, and the applicable policies of the relevant service providers.
• A booking is considered confirmed once the required payment or deposit has been received and acknowledged by Agung Journey.
• Cancellation or amendment requests submitted after confirmation are subject to the applicable booking conditions, supplier policies, the timing of the request, and any services or arrangements already committed.
• Where a guest requests to cancel or change a confirmed Signature Experience, Agung Journey will, where reasonably possible, first explore rescheduling to an alternative date. Rescheduling is subject to supplier approval, availability, any applicable price differences or amendment charges, and the guest's agreement.
• Deposits or payments used to secure special arrangements, transportation, activities, spa treatments, dining, accommodation, or other third-party services may be non-refundable where the applicable conditions have been communicated before payment.
• Certain promotional rates, limited-time offers, special event tickets, or supplier-designated non-refundable services may not be eligible for cancellation, amendment, or refund. Any applicable restrictions will be communicated during the booking process.
• No-shows, late arrivals, unused services, or experiences ended early at the guest's request may affect refund eligibility, subject to the confirmed booking conditions and the circumstances involved.
• If rescheduling is unavailable or not accepted by the guest, the cancellation and refund request will be assessed according to the applicable booking conditions, relevant supplier policies, and applicable law.
• Where a refund is approved, Agung Journey will confirm the refundable amount and process it through the applicable payment method. Any deductions must have a clear and lawful basis and be consistent with the booking conditions communicated before payment.
• If a Signature Experience cannot proceed due to severe weather, safety concerns, government regulations, or other force majeure events, Agung Journey will make reasonable efforts to explore rescheduling or suitable alternatives. If the experience cannot be provided, available remedies will be assessed in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and law.
