CANCELLATION POLICY – ASHVA SWISS-BELRESORT UBUD All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Agung Journey. Cancellation Deadlines: Normal Season : At least 9 days before arrival. High Season : At least 16 days before arrival. Peak Season : At least 23 days before arrival. Cancellation Conditions: 1. Cancellations submitted within the applicable deadline are eligible for cancellation without a cancellation penalty. 2. Cancellations submitted after the applicable deadline will incur a penalty equivalent to one (1) night's stay. 3. No-show: A 100% penalty of the total booking amount applies. 4. Early departure: A penalty equivalent to one (1) night's stay applies. All cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by Agung Journey.
Refund
REFUND POLICY – ASHVA SWISS-BELRESORT UBUD Any eligible refund will be processed after the cancellation has been confirmed and applicable charges have been determined. The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting any applicable cancellation fees. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used. Please note that cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. All refunds are subject to the applicable booking terms and confirmation by Agung Journey.
