Booking & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after Agung Journey checks tee-time availability with Bukit Pandawa Golf & Country Club and written confirmation is issued. Please provide your preferred date, number of players, golf option, and any rental requirements when booking.

Payment Policy

A 30% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining 70% balance is due no later than 7 days before the scheduled play date.

For bookings made less than 7 days before the scheduled play date, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Booking confirmation is subject to tee-time availability and receipt of the required payment.

Cancellation & Refund

Bukit Pandawa Golf – Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled play date. 50% charge for cancellations one day before play, and 100% charge for no-shows.

Cancellation Policy for FIT Bookings

Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled play date are not subject to a cancellation charge.

Cancellations made one day before the scheduled play date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the applicable booking amount.

Cancellation requests should be submitted to Agung Journey as early as possible so they can be processed with the golf course.

This policy applies to FIT bookings. Group bookings are subject to separate group cancellation terms.
